Cynogenmod 11 Download & Installation Guide For Moto G
CyanogenMod is based on the Android Open Source Project with extra contributions from many people within the Android community. It can be used without any need to have any Google application installed. Linked below is a package that has come from another Android project that restore the Google parts. CyanogenMod does still include various hardware-specific code, which is also slowly being open-sourced anyway.
Download Requirements:

ROM Installation Tutorial & Instructions:(Fresh Installation)
1)Download the required ROM and GAPP Zip files and copy them to your External SD Card.
2)Boot into custom recovery by
a)First Reboot
the phone into Fastboot mode by switching off the phone and then
pressing the Vol Down + Power button for around 5 seconds and then
releasing them. you will see now some Blue color Menus.
b)Just Select on recovery and Press Vol Up this will Boot into Yours custom recovery.
3)If you are using CWM Recovery
a)Select on Wipe Data and Factory Reset and Press YES.
b)Then select on Wipe Cache Partition and Press YES.
c)Now Select Mounts and Storage press on Format System.
d)Now go to Advanced and Select Wipe Dalvik cache and Press YES.
e)Go back and select on Install Zip and Choose the Zip file that you have downloaded and confirm YES to install it.
f)In Similarly Way Install the GAPP Zip File by Repeating only Step 'e'
g)Finally Go Back and Press on Reboot System Now
You are Done Enjoy the Rom.
4)If you are using TWRP Recovery
a)Press on 'Wipe' then Swipe to Factory Reset then Press on 'Advanced Wipe' and then choose 'Dalvik Cache', 'Data' ,'Cache', 'System' and Finally Swipe to wipe .
b)Then Go Back and Press on Install Then Choose the Rom zip file you have downloaded and Then Swipe to Confirm Flash it.
c)In Similarly Way Install GAPPS Zip File by Repeating only Step 'b'.
d)Finally Go Back Press on Reboot and then Press on System.
You are Done Enjoy the Rom.

1)Download the Latest ROM Zip files Only and copy to your Device.

c)Finally Go Back and Press on Reboot then Press on System
